1. Reservations

• A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been received and the guest has received written confirmation from the hotel.
• A valid credit card will be requested as a guarantee for the reservation.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, or cash. For non-refundable rates, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations without penalty: up to 7 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations between 48 and 7 hours prior to check-in: a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior or no-shows: the full reservation amount will be charged.
• Applicable refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Hotel Policies

• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Cooking inside rooms and the use of speakers or objects that disturb tranquility are not permitted.
• Rooms and their terraces are for exclusive use of registered guests.
• Misuse of outdoor tubs or throwing water from terraces is prohibited.
• Respectful and appropriate behavior is required at all times.

5. Use of Facilities

• The rooftop pool is for exclusive use of guests.
• Any damage caused to facilities or furniture will be the responsibility of the guest and must be covered at check-out.
• Use of facilities implies acceptance of the safety rules indicated by the hotel.

6. Security and Responsibility

• The hotel is not responsible for losses outside the room safe.
• In case of lost keys, a replacement charge will apply.
• In emergencies, follow staff instructions and evacuation routes.

7. Guest Conduct

• Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed; improper behavior will not be tolerated.
• Illegal substances or illicit activities are prohibited inside the hotel.

8. External Services

• The hotel may assist in coordinating experiences with external providers (e.g., paragliding, boat rides, bike tours).
• Hotel Cielo Nómada is not responsible for the provision of these services or incidents arising from them.

9. Data Protection

• All information provided by the guest will be treated confidentially and in accordance with current personal data protection regulations.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the applicable laws of the State of Mexico, Mexico.
