1.- Advance cancellations: cancellations are accepted without charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.

2.- Late cancellations: cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

3.- No-show: if a guest does not show up on their reservation date without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged.

4.- Refunds: applicable refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

5.- Early check-in and late check-out

• Early check-in is subject to availability. It can be requested in advance and may incur an additional fee.
• Late check-out is subject to availability. It must be coordinated with the front desk and may incur an extra charge depending on the length of the extension.
