General Rules

1.- Cooking in the room is prohibited:

The use of electric grills, portable stoves, or any other cooking devices inside the rooms is not allowed.

2.- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the hotel’s common areas.

3.- Pets are not allowed: animals are not accepted within the hotel premises.

4.- Use of sound devices: The use of speakers or sound devices that may disturb the peace of other guests is not permitted.

5.- Respect for other guests’ rest: avoid making excessive noise in hallways and rooms, especially during nighttime hours.

6.- Proper use of facilities: guests are requested to use the hotel’s facilities and furniture responsibly and appropriately.

7.- No external visitors in rooms: Access to rooms is exclusive to registered hotel guests.

8.- Misuse of tubs: improper use of terrace tubs is prohibited.

9.- Throwing water onto terraces is prohibited: it is not allowed to throw water onto the terraces or exterior areas of the hotel.

Security and Responsibility

1.- Lost keys: in case of losing the room key, an additional replacement charge will apply.

2.- Use of safe deposit box: guests are advised to store valuables in the safe; the hotel is not responsible for losses outside of it.

3.- Emergency: in case of emergency, follow staff instructions and use the marked emergency exits.

Behavior and Coexistence Rules

1.- Appropriate attire: guests are requested to dress appropriately in common areas.

2.- Alcohol consumption: moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed; however, improper behavior or disturbances under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated.

3.- Illegal substances prohibited: any illicit activity within the premises will result in notification to the competent authorities.
